L: Thai tuna curry with spinach and broccoli
Afternoon Snack: Choc protein pudding
D: Huel Black vanilla + PB + cocoa powder + choc diet protein powder, choc protein pudding
2nd dinner: Thai tuna curry, choc cookie protein shake

Yesterday's activity:

Steps ~ 5000

4 x 25 press ups
4 x 25 decline press ups
4 x 25 gorilla rows with pair of 20kg bells
4 x 25 sumo squats with pair of 20kg bells
4 x25 hanging crunches
200 push-ups seriously impressed

Push-ups are my go to when I'm feeling a bit like not working out ... once I've done 200 I feel awake and can carry on with the rest.
Waiting for the weather to get a little better so I can take my heavy bag outside .. don't want to use it indoors at the mo as neighbours have a new baby.

Yay it’s the weekend
Just having a cuppa with Charlie & can hear another mouse in the trap (if you ever get a mouse in the house forget putting cheese in the trap, they seem to be really partial to peanut butter, just hope he’s used Teds smooth & not my.crunchy) even Charlie was trying to get it last night
Rest day from exercise today so going for a dog walk with friend at 7.30 & will have a walk on treadmill after dinner
Usual boring housework & food shopping today, hopefully the weather will be better tomorrow & we can do something

A couple might have gotten in and started a family. Charlie might have invited them in.
We had a couple of cats (Chand and Tara) a few years back. They'd bring in live animals to "play with" for their amusement. Brought in mice that started a family somewhere. Then they spent an enjoyable week murdering them all and displaying their corpses. Expecting praise!
Having a good weekend here .. hope you are too :):)

c. inverted body rows slowly to failure

Was ravenous yesterday so just kept eating, body must've needed it for some reason.

V02 max went up yesterday as well
Sat at work now I’m knackered & need a rest
