What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

FFFF? (Fabulous Fish Finger Fursday) - she'll be right. The unbiquitous Michael Mosley will help with sleep and Adrian Chiles pointed out the news will soon "move on" from Ukraine. Other things will become new. This too shall pass.

5.3 this morning, which was a pleasant surprise as I didn’t get my usual walks in yesterday having stupidly peeled the skin off a burst blister the night before. Had a couple of glasses of red wine watching rugby in the tv so maybe that’s kept the number down ?

Anyway, foot feels much better today, so going to try my usual routine, 4.5 miles after breakfast, a mile after lunch and a mile and a half after diner and hope the scales show some improvement tomorrow after remaining static for 3 weeks !

That's a lot of miles on that naked blister. Make sure to protect it well and listen carefully to your body. Can Mrs Brian collect you if need be? You take care.
 
Greetings all. Swipey initially offered 5.1 which isn't what I want and would almost certainly have dropped but today is SSSF (Super Salmon Salad Friday) and I'll spend time with both grandsons so God has blessed me enough thanks. Stay safe
 
Morning All 7.7 worst of the week, so far! Woke late after bad night’s sleep and anxious dreams. Tea now, steady, calm. Its Friday! Take care All.
 
5.2 at 6.30 AM after a disturbed night of low blood sugar alarms every hour or so during the night so spent most of the night at 3.8 and below am so confused by the erratic blood sugar levels I am getting yesterday had readings of 13.1 and 3.4 in the one day on several occasions and went to bed on a 3.8 just crazy
 
Good morning everyone! I am a happy bunny this morning. I got my blood test result yesterday and I have gone down from 60 to 46. :happy::):singing::singing::singing:. bg this morning 7.1 after a bedtime 7.4. Have a lovely weekend .

8.3 - Been awake since 2:30…. Took test @ 3:20am….
