A hug for not being able to meet with your friend and hope her husband is not too damaged. Mrs Brock seems determined to talk to Midnight.Fbg 6.7
This badger on the wildlife cam, is I think a female. She appears to be forever trying to kiss Midnight. This night she is looking for Midnight on the swing.
Creative is a collage from this short clip.
My plans have changed for today. I was to meet my friend, but her husband has had a fall. So, it will be a writing postcards day...
A coffee needed.
Have a good day.

This is beautiful and poignant @ianpspursHello everyone from a chilly Breckland. Some moving posts reflecting the impact of yesterday on people. I thought and prayed over sharing this video and song as some may find it painful but I decided to post it as the late Queen has been repeatedly quoted as saying grief is the price we pay for love. Here it is. Grief and tears aren't signs of weakness but proof of love so let them out. They were good enough for Jesus and obviously are for our King and members of the Royal family as we saw yesterday. Hopefully, a sign of a much more emotionally honest and open country. I think that is the distilled essence of the last 11/12 days. Have a great day.
Have a good physio session @dunelmGood morning everyone under a pale and lackluster attempt at sunshine here in the dark and dangerous north. It’s physio this morning. I wonder what creative punishment is on the cards this time. Mrs Miggins is off for a swim - no, not in the sea although there are a group of ladies of a certain age who do that, seemingly every day. At this time of year they begin to turn into Smurfs. Art bit finished so looking for the next one. First some koffy.

Kwasi seriously misunderstanding the timing with his 'Laugh & the world laughs with you ' moment.Morning all from what promises to become a Breckland bathed in late summer cum early autumn sun. In anticipation of which the shorts and polo shirt have returned but with deck shoes and secret socks. Should I have put my Truss in that forecast or the Kwasi mystical voodoo economic promises that have prompted me to invest in some new fragrance and grass seed later? Joe Biden doesn't think so but he's a remoaner anyhow. JKP and myself are having Covid boosters today. She will also have the flu jab but after checking during chemo on Monday I will only have the one shot for now. @gennepher hug for your plans being altered and I too hope your friend's husband recovers quickly. By an odd coincidence my plans have also altered. I have ballooned to 11 stones 9 pounds in JRM's world or 73.9355631 kgs under the Brussels Jackboot. So all my rides at Newmarket this week are cancelled. @dunelm I hope the physio provides a good long term return on the short term investment of discomfort and thanks for the latest in this series of splendid art. Interesting piece on the last week or so, especially the (possible?) demographics of the crowds, stewards and police. Today is the Feast of St Matthew and from a sharp riposte to the Pharisees this would be a good Mission Statement for this new era: ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice.’
Oh dear, a hug for that.Mr.D and I tested positive for Covid.

Sorry to hear that @dogslifeGood morning to you all. fbs this morning 14.7 .I am now 1/2 way through the 3 months on increased diabetes medication before my next HbA1c test.I have stopped testing every morning for now as there doesn't seem much point but tested today as I felt unwell. Yesterday after all this time being really cautious Mr.D and I tested positive for Covid. We were planning to attend an autumn fete at mum's nursing home on Saturday but will still be isolating. At least we managed to take our donations for it last time we visited. I suppose we have done well to escape Covid for so long but it proves it is still lurking about. Take care and stay safe everyone.

Thanks. A double rejection due to weight. No rides at Newmarket and now rejected from the Suffolk Sumo team. In reality I rested and refuelled somewhat after Monday's chemo which was a marathon probably due to the special day. Started more than an hour late and home late so I didn't eat. Rested yesterday and Wednesday is my day to record weight. Less than a kg over my preferred weight so no problem. Thanks @gennepher as well.Kwasi seriously misunderstanding the timing with his 'Laugh & the world laughs with you ' moment.
Sensible on deferring the double jab, I think .
Snigger at the cancelled jockey rides, but an appreciation for the gain weight causing a disturbance in the Ian time field continuum.
Sure you'll have a tight rein on that soon.
Interesting link .
Cheers.
Have a good un.
Thanks @jjraakHug for your friend
Hope fall wasn't too bad.
Awww, starting to read like one of those classical dramas Lauren loves .
The unrequited love of a poorly placed suitor at court, rejected by her intended....
Hope midnight lets her down gently..![]()
