6.1 this morning. That is up from 4.9 which was the last reading before bed last night. I did have a small scotch though after the test as a night cap. I often see that the first reading after sleep is higher, but then settles down as the morning goes on.

And that is why in the mornings I tend to do both Libre and finger prick some times belt and braces is best.
