I blame @alf_Josiah for not going shopping with Mrs A J - and those way up Norf who would rather count it than spend it.Get thee spending, it is the will of the people. Shop about to helpout scheme incoming. They know how to be patriotic in Norfolk
There has also been a big drop in sales of tents after Xiella let loose . Photo makes her look jacked up to high heaven.

Have you tried the Fodmap diet? It may not harmonise with low carb.Fbg 6.7
Wildlife nighttime camera.
I haven't had time to upload any more sd cards, so I am behind with that. Hoping to do some this afternoon, but I need more sleep...
However, I found one that I uploaded but didn't publish. It is from a couple of months ago. So...

Creative is a photo of some fungi in my garden which I have never seen before. It looks so pretty. Like flowers. There are loads of them...
Google tells me it is called Barometer earthstar...but I think there are other possibilities...
I think I have eaten too much cauliflower. It was nice, but I have very bad wind. I do have problems with IBS. Last time I had wind this bad was June 1977. How do I remember? Simple. I was pregnant. I am certainly not pregnant now...
I have taken some Windeze. I am eating some crystallised ginger...this wind is not shifting. It is painful and making me very tired and I am unable to do anything...any ideas?
I am just going to take a second dose of Windeze...
Midnight knows I don't feel good and his weight and heat is firmly ensconced on my tummy...
Time for a cup of hot water...
Have your best day...

You could go and sit in your new car and get to know all the bells and whistles. @Krystyna230406.2 this morning.
Really raining heavily so definitely no dog walk. What a shame - I will just have to make do with relaxing on my comfortable reclining chair in our cosy conservatory with a Nesspesso coffee before setting off to classes in Norwich.
What is so good is that it is a newer model of my old car and so all I had to do is learn how to drive automatically as everything else is the same. You could go and sit in your new car and get to know all the bells and whistles. @Krystyna23040
Have a lovely day and hope TGIAB has a wonderful birthday.Good morning everyone on a very damp and blustery start to the day here in the dark and dangerous north. 6.1 this am. Probably due to the lack of red wine or more likely the anticipation of today’s fun and games. Today, The Girl In The Bubble is 4 years old and the grandparents, both sets, will soon be suffering the uncontrolled attacks of the minature humans armed with cake, jelly and ice cream. What fun. I best have a nap before we go. Art bit, onwards and upwards. Hope your day is full of joy. Best make some koffy.
