Fasting Blood Sugar this morning + yesterday's food AND physical activity

You need the rest I think!
Any news on when the next appointments or tests are going to be done?
Nope
Letter been received at doctors, waiting to be scanned & read by gp,
Sent for ct scan a week last Friday & they wouldn’t do it (doctor & a&e consultant not happy) as said chest X-ray was clear, although have linear atelectasis on right lung (not inflating properly)their suggestion was tests for asthma, now in 9th week of cough

Definitely ask him
He'll be happy to talk I'm sure, and it is good to have someone that can guide you in terms of what you ask and subtly push for. The quality of consultants and doctors has changed with retirements and lower grades replacing them. My uncle who used to be a surgeon gets very frustrated when he's taking to doctors as a patient now at the level of experience and knowledge. Consequences of cost cutting. So talk to your friend, share what you know so far and get some advice.
