Morning @ChrisT2Thanks for the advice. I don't understand though why so high 1st AM and last PM even when fasting 2 days with zero carbs or anything else for that matter just prescribed pills. It seems my body is fighting to bring down those end of day highs only to start again at a similar high in the morning. As I said before there seems to be no logic, just frustration.
I don't know whether it's any consolation, but most of us here could not handle 160 mg of carbohydrates daily. You don't need to fast unless you particularly wish to. You've changed your meal times, but your readings show that a reduction in foods which are predominantly starch is called for.

It's a pity you do not have access to a garden @cdpm. Is there a garden club in your area? Some vegetables and culinary herbs are easy to grow and do not take up much space. What is a garden club?
