Morning All same here @flonvic 7.7 and nothing to do with food either. Maybe I am fretting about blood draw on Friday and I am certainly having dramatic vivid dreams. Have a great day all.

Funny you should mention dreams.I had a horrible one last night about my mum which upset me(she is no longer here).could that affect my numbers?I was quite good yesterday food wise.

A very odd 6.6 this morning. I didn’t bother to do a recheck.
i am SO over this heat wave…it’s been at least two weeks and we have another full week of about 40 degrees….its brutal! We’ve been going to the lake every night so the dog can get some relief. My gym is air conditioned so I generally spend two hours there every day doing weights and walking….just can’t do a good walk outside. Had dentist this morning so no gym today, a break is always good. Got the OK from the breast cancer survival doctor, good news…but still need my mammogram next month. Gave blood, felt nauseous….got lots of attention! That sucked…but makes a good story.
still keeping the Cgm off my body….i do occasional finger prick sometime, like this morning, but try not to stress about it as my blood sugars are fairly steady…except for this morning…

A happy 5.3 this morning. Spent three hours at the gym today…abs, yoga and a treadmill walk as outside walking is not a thing right now, this extreme heat will ease early next week, then it will just be hot.
