5.7 again. Hopefully we’re on our second last day of a three week heat warning! It’s supposed to be the hottest day today, maybe 42 degrees…at least the smoke has dissipated for now, as long as the wind direction doesn’t change.

Yes, wildfire. The Shetland Creek wildfire is about 80 km from here and presently burning out of control. The smoke is hit and Miss…right now it’s ok, just hazy. It’s stinking hot today…we are usually at 28, so 42 is not nice at all.
