Evening all.

A little update on the bike

I have a big hill on my commute to work..

To check if the new Ebike will be able to tackle it, I took the bike to Richmond park, which has a beast of a hill.

If it tackles that it'll tackle anything I come across on way to work .

And the result....a Piece of cake .

Here's what gradients can feel like for those unaware.

That's great that you could open them @Annb . Perhaps the best one for you would be the walking backwards as long as you do it very gently and don't do very many steps to start with

This is Foxy Loxy and Boy Badger chasing each other.
I had five 3 minute video clips of this, with a 30 sec gap between each clip. So for over 15 minutes, Boy Badger and Foxy Loxy were playing tag in my back garden.

By the way, TikTok is adding music to my videos and at the moment I can't stop it so I'm trying to figure that out....

Creative... I am painting bits and pieces of things while I am tidying up and I keep finding odds and ends of paint...
This 'flower' is mixed media on a piece of tracing paper... so for the next few days, anything goes as regards Creative...

I use an android phone but only for certain things as my fingers are not good with such a small keyboard. I also have an IPad. The reason is probably because if a file does not immediately open, I can’t deal with it - it is nothing to do with downloading or other tech stuff. Never mind.

Morning all on a damp start here in L.A. on sleepover #2. Logistics better last night, I slept with the Little Guy ™ and JKP with RMP Growen Up ©. No fbg but in terms of impact on bg control my money is on good sleep and high quality human relationship over cabbage casserole every time. RMP is poorly so pumpkin picking is cancelled but they brought two with them anyhow and those are on the front doorstep. @Krystyna23040 the sheets seem to download on this system so thank you for sharing. @gennepher thank you for yesterday's video and castle - none are called Roy or Barbara are they? - and today's creative and video. Tik Tok really should have added the Benny Hill music to today's high speed chase. I'm currently supervising two grandchildren doing something creative - drawing. If I'm honest, I do (sadly) feel that is really a waste of all our time but they and JKP are happy. @jjraak that Ebike does get about that there Londinium. You've all been very generous with your time reading this drivel, have a break, have a keto kit kat with hot, or cold, beverage of choice - pumpkin spiced are trending but do share the images on your social or it didn't happen and you were just not living your best life.

5.2 this morning.
Our hedges have been cut this morning and look really neat and tidy now. Then we had a lovely chat with our hedge trimmer over a hot drink. I think he stayed longer chatting than it took him to trim the hedges.
