What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

That sounds so healthy & delightful .

The pic thing is an issue
Pity as I think pics really add to any post.

There are apps to resize pics etc.

But I found that simply taking a screenshot of the original picture on the phone and posting THAT screenshot instead works best.

I use that method exclusively now .

On my phone it's a swipe down with 3 fingers to get a screenshot.

On Lauren's phone it's a "take a screenshot" voice command.

Then navigate to your chosen gallery, and add the pic to post.

Once done all my photos are in Google photo app.

Most phones will have a picture app of some sorts

There is a way to get details of each pic.

A ).Either drag UP on the pic or
B ). Tap pic & Search for the 'hamburger' icon for 'details'....
size should be there somewhere

(Forum needs sub 1MB I believe or it won't post pics)

Can be surprising how two pics can be almost indistinguishable from each other, yet one will be considerable smaller storage wise to the actual picture.
And a perfect size for posting to forums etc

Below example original is 2.5 mega pixels (MP)
& Screenshot is only 284kb

Do let me know if I can assist if you need any help getting a screenshot done .

Look forward to seeing the pics .

Drag pic UP offers this ..

Hamburger icon far right in BLUE offers this .

Your phone may have a variation on the above, of course.

Lovely photos, full of autumnal colours and foliage still on the trees.
around here, they are all in my front garden again.
The trees have shed all their leaves now.

it is really cool around here, it is below average temps here. So cloudy!

Creative...some 6x4 photographic paper. Painted lines on the shiny side with my Art Kure pens. Sprayed with a fine spray of water. Left it overnight to dry.
Used a black edding pen this morning to do a few trees and stuff on it, but that was not the wisest thing to do because it might have clogged the pen up a bit with the glossy on the photographic paper. I couldn't find my black Biro, which is what I should've used.....

Have a great the rest of today...

Well that turned out well and hope the pen survived in good shape. What lovely colours.

The leaves on our ginkgo trees are turning yellow. This one is the biggest of the two that we have and we have had them for 30 years. They were kept in bonsai pots for a while but are now in the ground. Still only about 3 ft high - I think they are slow growing. Several little shoots were given to my mother by the gardeners at Westonbirt Arboretum when she was there painting trees.

#7 & #8 has had a wonderful afternoon play with eldest's dog.
Rex (the dog) had a wonderful afternoon with #7 & #8 and the ball they threw for him and chased.

#4 & #5 just stood laughing.

It's good to play!

It might be better than meditation or some foreign excuse for punishing yourself such as yoga and such.

Have a playful weekend you lot.

Did your mum actually paint the trees in the Arboretum?
Thought it was an offence! Or was it a fence your mum painted?

The leaves are falling fast onto our garden too@Lamont D. As soon as we gather them up the lawn is covered again. Some varieties of trees are already bare but others still have lots of leaves still to fall. Stay warm and safe.:)

It's a big pink lizard

This turned up on Facebook today:
Photo is from second lockdown after we arrived in UK expecting ten days quarantine, then stay with parents, but instead were stuck for months in our motorhome on a friends driveway.
This is taken from a Facebook memories post. Which disappeared before I could expand the text.
Did try to anonymous it, but failed.

The second photo shows Errant living up to his nickname " Hopeful.
FB_IMG_1730498889705.jpg
Errant adapted well to motorhome living. Even eventually managing to jump from one bench to the other, a distance most cats would not even think about, but a cause for us to celebrate. The perpetually limping cat could now walk normally, run a few steps and even jump a short distance.
I was so thrilled to see this photo from four years ago.
Edited to add:
Because this is one of the photos in the collected photos of Errant which is lost.
