Morning John and that is a nice fbg to start your day. One of the ironies of populism and Trump is that those kind of attitudes are leveraged by two types of elite. The super rich such as Trump, Musk and whoever else lurked in the background with their dark money and the elite with all the right credentials such as J D Vance and Johnson. They see those attitudes in the "liberal elite" and how they both annoy and do nothing for the vast majority then play on that. Millions of men and women who feel as though they are drowning are cynically dangled non existent straws to clutch. Every time the "libtards" fall into the elephant trap of seeing those let down voters as stupids which spectacularly backfires to their amazement. There is also plenty of hate, racism, misogyny, homophobia and general desire to create mayhem which people don't acknowledge, brushed off as Trump/Boris being themselves just saying what we all think - no we don't. Saying that is just what the trap is all about. No known fbg here and thanks everyone for all the good wishes for JKP.

Our nephew Andrew removed himself and his family from the USA a while ago as he could see the way things were going and they no longer felt safe there.

Good morning everyone on a rock rolling morning of surviving the horror here in the dark and dangerous north. Still, the nut job doesn’t get sworn in until the new year so no crazy button pressing until after we enjoy our Christmas pud. Duty black dog contact early this morning - someone in depression and needing to talk. It’s a thing. A safety harness that I have used myself. On a brighter note, we are taking one of Mrs Miggins’ brothers out to lunch today - he doesn’t get out much due to difficulty walking. Later, our pal from LA will be here for a while. He is only flying from Frankfurt so won’t be jet lagged (they have an apartment there from when he worked in Germany). Later still, Mrs Miggins is taking The Girl In The Bubble for her after school swimming lesson. I need to think about tonight’s supper so will be scouring the freezer. Soup probably, like on a cafe menu, ‘various soup’. Art bit. Nothing done yesterday but here is the sheet of paper that I used over the past few days. As I sit staring out at the bin in anticipation of the bin lorry cavalcade, I and hoping that you all have a smashing midweek day. I best make Kory and then look into the freezer.

Swelling from ankle almost gone. So has the bruising. On Thursday it was swollen like a football and the whole foot and ankle was black, blue and purple. .

Very puzzling why it should be healing at supersonic speed.

Since Covid I have been ribcage breathing from dawn to dusk - every minute of the day to avoid getting a chest infection.

Of course, when we ribcage breathe the fascia in the trunk moves and hydrates. If the ribcage doesn't move when we breathe it doesn't move and dehydrates. Then the lymphatic channels that are in the deep facia of the trunk become very sluggish and this upsets the synovial lymphatic system which vital for our joints.

It does look like this system is clearing the inflammation, bruising and swelling from my ankle.

I also suffer from chronic inflammation and swelling in finger joints and that has gone also. I have normal fingers.

It has not been easy to become a ribcage breather all day l o my but well worth it.

Keep reminding us about rib cage breathing @Krystyna23040 I keep doing it when I remember, many times a day...but then I do something, get involved in something and I have a habit of holding my breath...when painting for example....and I forget. My oximeter readings are much better with me doing rib cage breathing. I am getting better at it.

The subject of this video and the title is not a one that generates views, only 7 views instead of 700 ish! I knew there would be a severe drop of views. Wildlife know it is fireworks night and they tend not to venture out on fireworks night. And that is what happened for this video. Cats on the whole don't care, but dogs become a quivering mess...

However, I am pretty certain the badger came out last night, 6th November, because something knocked over my long handled brooms, thus jamming the doors from me opening them. My back doors open outwards into the garden. I ended up forcing one door open and broke the boom handle so I could get out. But it might have been a fox...

Thank you for sharing the video and kaleidoscope. Shame about the broom handle but getting out was essential. What were the odds on whatever animal it was disturbing the broom in just such a way as to cause that problem? You do seem to be having a long run of very unfortunate events in your life.
