hi ya, mine was 65, brought it down to 45, then relapsed over the winter, went up to 48, i have lost more weight and been eating a Mediterranean diet, so will be interesting to find out what my next bloods are like.

Good morning all. Back from hols and on a Libre for a couple of weeks. 6.8 on Libre, 8.4 on blood meter. Going to take Libre figures going forward but never really sure which is true figure and indicator of Hba1c reading next year.
Woke up yesterday to find my shed at a different address and if anyone wants fence panels, trampolines, roof tiles, garden gnomes etc I have a limited stock with more arriving hourly. Stay safe and dry if you can.

Tore that silly dexcom off yesterday, total waste of money. This morning I was 6.4.
off to the Dominican on Friday, can hardly wait. Winter weather has arrived but the sun will be shining tomorrow so it’s actually ok…..but the beach will be nicer! Couldn’t contact my air bib host and was panicking so I contacted Airbnb and within ten minutes my phone was lighting up with messages from the host. I seriously thought I had been ripped off….but now it’s all good. It was more than two days without any response….not cool.
