6.2 today. Pulled my neck muscles…I’m so uncomfortable. I honestly do not know what I did. Can’t look to the left.
another gorgeous day here in the Caribbean. Getting tons of walking in, a great 27,000 steps yesterday.
food is easy for me here, cheese, ground beef, eggs and chicken are all reasonable. Yogurt, butter, cream are expensive! Butter..uggg $15 Canadian pound!

5.2 this morning, finally getting back on track after naughty boy on Friday. Been in full on hermit mode with fasting until light snack yesterday dinner. Still slightly wary as new CGM fitted yesterday and don't always trust results until bedded in. Can only wait and see.

Holy heck…I don’t know what I’ve done to my neck! So much pain and stiffness. Have a hot compress on and painkillers in my system. Luckily it’s avery rainy morning here in the Caribbean so I’m not wasting any sunshine.
7.0 this morning, not surprised….sleep was certainly an issue. Hubby is taking very good care of me.

I have suffered with similar problem, once knocking patch off early on where Abbott kindly replaced free of charge and another 4 days from end where it was hanging on for dear life before eventually falling off. Considering cost of CGMs I bought a packet of those "Not Just a Patch" transparent patches from Amazon. Cost just short of £20 for 20 and apparently stay stuck for 10-14 days. I put the patch on about 4 days in and so far the last 2 have lasted until the CGM stops. They do stay stuck pretty good and although add on another quid to the CGM price I consider worth it as long as it keeps the patch in place which it seems to do.
