Haven't a bg to report today. Such a bad night and so much cramp, I completely forgot till after breakfast and I know it's not worth it then.

I do too and I also take Magnesium/ But I'm beginning to think as I get older, it gets worse!!When I get cramp I drink diet tonic water which does the trick.
sunny Saturday morning. Diet changes are difficult for me to stay on track. Dairy products raise my BG. I started eating Chobani Zero sugar (Lactose free) Greek yogurt with some added ground flaxseeds. This doesn't raise my BG. Ground flaxseeds are good for my metabolism. I am not sure if Chobani zero sugar will affect my kidney or not. Have a nice day everyone.Dogs will be dogs bet u enjoyed the dog sitting6.5 this morning at 8:15. Much later getting up than I normally am. Had a disturbed sleep due to my son's dog (we were dog sitting overnight) decided she needed to go outside around 4:00. Of course it was me she disturbed.
