What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

My morning reading was 7.5 and rising before breakfast. Everyone here has such low reading it is discouraging with sunrise syndrome. I don’t know what to do.

Things stabilising a bit, 6.5 first thing and back to normal (ish) trend overnight. Looks like many of us are experiencing the erratic and unexplainable readings, must be something in the air. It is hugely annoying but there is some consolation in that "it is not just me!"

6.7 finally back to what I class as my "normal" morning level. Tonsils still a wee bit sore and ear but eases through out the day. So, off for a workout as I feel like Groot after taking root on the sofa for a week!

I would have slept in this morning , with the time change, but it’s a yoga day and I had to get up! I was 5.6 this morning. It did not freeze overnight! Right now we’re at 14 degrees with a bit of sun….its a mucky mess out back with all the melting.

Our time change isn't till the last weekend in March .

Awwh it gets easier..........I am told. I fell off the exercise wagon for a week whilst being laid up with tonsilitis. My glutes are killing now lol

I live about 10 minutes drive from Costco. I like a lot of things, including eggs. It took me a while to take control and stop eating samples from Costco. Every little bit counts and my blood sugar is in control and stable.
