Five point seven on finger stabbing contour next

Sun with blue skies here on britains east coast

Thinking maybe just maybe bbq season

Seems a lot of faff but saves lots of indoor cleaning

Coffee may help clarify the decision

Have a good day all

4.88 mmol/L at 5am Sunday morning. Last few days have been sunny and beautiful. Keeps me active all, helps lower my fbg. One larger gold Kiwi is sweet and good for metabolism. Have a nice day everyone.

He is so predictable!
gj :) have you found any major difference between gold kiwi and the usual green for your sugar levels?

I test a lot, keep records. My sugar level goes up a little with gold kiwi, compared to usual green. I was taking two usual greens a day, now I am taking one gold kiwi a day. I also eat kiwi with skin.

Please disregard my comment (He is so predictable!) It was a typing error).

7.2 for me today …. But not entirely unexpected….

Rightly or wrongly I had said to myself once I got my 3 months bloods done I would allow myself a treat …. I had one slice of pizza and 2 squares of chocolate…. I was sorely disappointed after all the build up !!!!! My taste buds have obviously changed for the better

My reading before the meal was 5.9 and at both 2 and 3 hours after it was 8.8 and 8.7 - definitely not worth it !!!

4.55 mmol/L at 5am on Monday morning. Last 3 days were awesome and sunny, I was very active all the time. Today there are 55% chances of rain. Later today I will go to the lab for lot of blood test. I wonder why after the blood work a lot of diabetics want to have their favorite high carb meal ?
