What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Libre 4.5 managed to get drs appt yesterday chased up endoscope appt for pr bleed. Got shiny new echo smart pen blue alongside fiasp cartridges to go with it change from novarapid prefiilled. Brightside allows half unit doses should be more effective for ratios especially when combine with exercise will take a bit of getting used not having to insert doses into librelink although imo will take more time scanning the pen than manual typing

Six point six this morning

No good reason that I can tell why yesterday it was five something and today it’s six something. But hey ho it’s a blue sky out there……

Have a good day if you possibly can

Finished tablets and pain in feet approx 90% gone
Fasting and detoxing and researching eating plan to suit both gout and type 2 (low purine and low carb.)
Looking back I think I've had the gout thingy (pain and stiffness in knees and ankle ) for several years before type 2 dx.

Congratulations on blood test results. While everyday snapshots are great it’s nice to get confirmation.
