Morning all [emoji6]. mmol/L at am this morning, early riser. Lately I have been on a very strict diet. I got my blood test results. My ac and kidney test results improved.
Have a nice day everyone.[emoji[emoji6][emoji6][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]]]

Congratulations on blood test results. While everyday snapshots are great it’s nice to get confirmation.

Thanks a lot for the encouragement. My HbAc level is 32.2 mmol/mol now(5.1%) down from 5.3%. My creatinine was high at 1.57mg/dL. Now 1.20mg/dL (normal range). Totally stopped dairy. I learned a lot from the forum, including the English language. My thanks to all members.
awesome well done :) think that range level is slap bang in the middle more or less as 'normal' range delighted for you

I’m here, just don’t post much….my numbers are quite consistent. Today was 5.9 (fingerprick). Put another Dexcom g7 on this morning.
adding a few more carbs into my diet with absolutely no effect on blood sugar, I love that. I do mean a few….but it’s nice to have some berries and yogurt!
off to give blood in a few minutes. Last time I got nauseous and dizzy…no fun. I’m trying one more time but my doctor did say that if I get faint again I should stop donating. Im full of electrolytes and had a small snack (keto granola, dry) and taking more electrolytes with me….fingers crossed.

edited to report I did not get sick or feel ill at all……I did eat a bag of chips though….and my blood sugar did go up but not terribly. I’d do it again…

another edit. I decided to check my husband’s sugar….he is not diabetic but did eat the chips(crisps). It actually came up a wee bit higher than mine. I sometimes forget that everyone’s blood sugar will go up with carbs. I had supper soon after so who knows how quickly t would have come down…..but I’m not unhappy with what I saw.

What to write, woke up just after 4 and got up. There had been a change in weather and I was feeling the cold. I didn't test until 7:30 and bloods were 7.3 do people still say rats! I had my breakfast of plain yoghurt and tea. I was still really hungry at 9:00, I tested my bloods and they were 5.5 so I could allow myself a couple of low carb sausages. Not hungry now but I'm not going to lose any weight eating two breakfasts. :banghead:
Have a good day folks and hugs to all who need them.

6.9 this morning

In other news …. Docs left message for me re my bloods I got done Friday… Hba1c has dropped to 49 happy days

Was 75 in October and 67 in February so delighted with that.
I know it’s still in diabetic range but my aim for next 3 month review is to be below 42…

Appointment on Monday for full review but in the meantime I’m thrilled

This forum has been so helpful and supportive so thanks to everyone!

Libre 5.3. had interesting conversation with Dsn news to me good weather & sun can decrease insulin resistance. Tummy bruised from injections going to try toujeo and half fast acting fiasp what normally would of taken for insulin to carbs ratio effort to stop going lower and having to eat lift)jelly babies etc

Enjoy the weather
