What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

5.8 this morning.

Busy day teaching in Norwich but a nice long break in the pub up the road.

Had a lovely meal but am now doing my best to resist the lure of the lovely orange milk chocolate the Church has on sale. I have to pass it each time I leave my room. So far so good. :) :)

7.5 today at 04.30.

Drinking mainly black, Chinese style tea today to try to settle my stomach. BG sticking around the 7 mark. I realised why I was feeling quite so cold - Neil had, for some inexplicable reason, turned the thermostat down to 17C. I'm all for energy saving, but that's a step too far. I've turned it up a bit (to 18C) and am now much more comfortable.

Evenin' all!

Mrs L has been assessed at home by the mental health practitioner.
Mrs L was unfortunately not very lucid today much.
So it's another day closer to what the future holds.

Best wishes.
Aw, mate ..I truly feel for you

As much as everyone is there for you, I know how lonely your position can be.

Know you have our best wishes every step of the way.

JJ + Lauren

7.8
With no rhyme nor reason.
If it follows usual pattern there will be a dip to 4.7 by mid afternoon.

Going hunter gathering at M&S. Have a craving for seed crackers everyone is buying up. Then searching a quiet spot to look at trees and signs of spring.

Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen, well it was morning when I started writing this post.

Blood sugars were 7.9 all those hours ago.

@Krystyna23040 Mrs J says thank you for your kind words.

I’m hoping to finish this post and my afternoon tea then spend a couple of gentle hours in the garden getting some much needy light exercise, such cruelty you may think, I’m thinking about all the words in this post that eye ( stop it ) could have played games with, didn’t. :-o

Enjoy what’s left of the day, smile where you can. Reference to flatulence edited out by the author.

I look forward to Mrs J's next painting @alf_Josiah

8.2 at 03.00 today.

Started feeling sick while in the shower and am currently sipping water to try to calm it all down. It's leg bandaging day today again as well as taking stuff to the dump day for Neil. Luckily, not much shopping needed.

Chest XRay tomorrow to see if my lungs have cleared yet. My resting pulse rate is still ridiculously low (for me). Not sure if that's a good or bad thing. At least I still have a pulse, so shouldn't complain.

5.5 this morning. Very busy day and am now relaxing.

I think my brain has gone into total relaxation mode because it is refusing to let me write anything sensible.
Omg...

The Invasion of the body snatchers has started...

They've turned you in to an ALF ...

;):hilarious::hilarious::hilarious:

(Hides behind sofa, so @alf_Josiah
Can't find me...)

Morning all .

A variety of fbg's of late.

Some I find reasons for
Others a bit more ..meh

Must do better.

On a brighter note
The Indian govt have rather unwisely given permission for Lauren to visit this march.

But only on the proviso I accompany her as her carer ...

So I'm making a packing list as we speak

Long trousers, to roll up for paddling.
Clean hankie. To stop sunstroke.

Yep ...think I'm done :headphone:

Good happy national bin day Morening ladies and gentlemen and those who just plough on irrespective of what the world throws at them.
Me, I just curl up into a ball and suck my thumb, crying mummy.

Blood sugars were 8.2 earlier on this precipitation laden day.

I look forward to Mrs J's next painting @alf_Josiah
Mrs J says thank you. Her next painting is well under way, but as we all know life has a habit, ( other habits available) of altering our plans.

Decisions:
Wash and dress or make and drink koffy. Note.I am typing this post wearing my night wear.

Please stay safe and if possible dry.

@jjraak thank you and today is good with a lot to smile about.

A jumbled posting from me I blame the lack of koffy :-)
