Went out for lunch yesterday with friends and had soup thinking I would be okay, no bg shot up from 5.2 to 12.5
Felt pants with blurred vision and dropped 2 hrs later to 5.1 Wont be doing that again!
Off for a work out

Mine often goes to 3.8 for a short while a couple of hours after eating. I guess my brain and liver know what they're doing.
