I wish.... well done

81.55kg this morning, which is 12st 12lbs, so that's down 2kg/4lbs from last week. BMI is now 26.6.

That's down pretty much 10kg from when I started measuring mid March, with about another 5 or 6kg to go to get into the normal (i.e. sub 25) BMI range.

We've been at our cottage in the Cairngorms for the last 2 weeks and it could be the case that the scales here measure a little bit lower than the ones at our house. We're heading back down there later today so it'll be interesting to see if my weight goes back up when I'm using the scales there.

10st 12 1/2 lbs up 1lb No surprise as my food consumption was a bit up with a naughty brunch at my local church hall on Wednesday!

82.55kg this morning, which is 12st 14lbs and a BMI of 26.9. That's up 1kg from last week and possibly confirms that the scales I use in my other house read a little lower than the scales I use here. It's still down a bit from the last time I used these scales at least.

82.15kg this morning which is 12st 13lbs and a BMI of 26.8. Down 0.4kg or about 1lb this week.

222.0 down 2lbs

Not the best week but sure it is more water weight. Everything puffy and swollen.
Up 5.8lbs 229.8

Was down a surprising but welcome 2 lbs on Friday.
However 2 alcohol heavy events since may have reversed it already

81.9kg today, which is 12st 13lbs and a BMI of 26.7.

Getting under 82kg was my initial target, so I've decided to set a new one to be under 79kg in 3 months. That'd be a BMI of under 26. Then another 3 months to get to 76kg which is a BMI of 25.

Is there a typo there? Under 26kg is worrying

80.4kg this morning, which is 12st 9lbs and a BMI of 26.2. That's a drop of 1.5kg from last Friday - my weight loss goes like that sometimes, remaining reasonably static for a week or two then a sizeable drop, then maybe a slight climb back up for a little while.

Decent progress anyway, and that's 11kg down (and 12% of my total body weight) since I started tracking in mid-March.
