:) Subtle doesn't work with my hub :hilarious: you have to spell it out in big 6' tall letters :D x

I know that feeling.
Chritmas I was looking at an item on Amazon, he said I'll get it on prime it will arrive tomorrow. Result I got a Christmas present from him this year. He usually says, I didn't know you wanted anything.

Sometimes there is a lag between our diet and the resulting bs readings and the effects of glucose in our blood, your doing well!! Lexa_x

:D I do jewellery making @Bluetit1802
I could think of nothing I wanted or needed more than a nice set of pliers and a wooden stand......
Other than a nice set of cutters maybe.
Think it might be cutters for Xmas ;) Tronex or Lindstrom If I'm lucky :playful:
I make my own jewellery to, I know what you mean by a nice set of pliers. I love having a drool over tools when I go to bead fairs:D

Went to my docs this evening about my throat ... Pharyngitis.
The more interesting topic was my diabetes.
She's been reading my notes and reckons my readings are that good I could almost be considered none diabetic.
She admits she has been converted to the low carb message.
Low carb is the way forward she says.
The high fat she's holding judgement on for the time being but no statins and lower cholesterol is confusing her a bit.
Lets see in six months time.
She was about to take my blood pressure and stopped and said no .... I know it's not going to be of concern.
Amazing!
I'd only gone about my sore throat!

Just want to know I had few things to ask him and my gp has a policy of only solving one problem in one appointment. He/she always have this reason up there sleeve that there r too many people in the queue. I also told her that met is not suiting me at all its been 6 months plus now and she just said take another appointment we discuss it then. Absolutely crazy. And when you call for next appointment there is nothing for 2 weeks ever and after two weeks they wouldn't give.
You need to make an official complaint to whichever NHS body Regulates GPS
