Lol, no I don't drink the falling down water, only soft drinks or water for moi. Good job really otherwise my poor ole liver would've been under more duress when I was first diagnosed. :)
:-) Thank you for kindly bearing with my sense of humour:-)
Same here, water and sweetened soft drinks rule...
I have to stay away from Guinness shelves now that summer comes;-)
Take care!

In essence - a false hypo is hypo symptoms at a level above 4.0 mmol / L. Often experienced when someone starts being consistently lower - blood glucose wise- than their body is used to. It disappears after a period of stability.
Looks like nomistheman has beaten me with the answer. Hope you soon get used to your lower blood glucose levels. I am getting used to new fasting levels although we are still playing around with my insulin dose
Take care

Wednesday at 615am. 4.3mmol/l Thick white mist and rain, treadmill weather today. And a swim this afternoon
Dinner and Theatre this evening. Possibly celery soup, but certainly red wine, I just hope I can choose wisely at dinner- it is more difficult in company.

@Baruney,
For the low carb celebration, I will bring a cheese board,with 5 cheeses and some olives and pecans.

5.6 this morning which I'm very pleased with as we went out for afternoon tea yesterday (it was part of a present and I'd been putting it off until my blood sugars were almost under control) and all carbs except the clotted cream. I've not had a scone or cake or anything like that since being diagnosed. I did spike but seem to be almost back to usual this morning. Will have a very careful few days..
