5.8 this morning, after a very late bowl of Lidl Turkish style yogurt with big teaspoon of diabetic blackcurrant jam;-)
Sunny Brummy day, I have to call for signing up to a 6 week diabetic X-pert course. Anyone has any experience, please?

And just a quick update about weight loss, this morning showed 119.8 down from aprox 125.8 around the 20th May. This means 6 kg or ONE STONE in one month
I could hardly believe, as I struggled over 125 kg since after 1995.

132 sugar fasting am / 70/30 - metformin 1000mg tab 2wice a day

thats good your b/sugar is about 130 to 150 A1c is about 6 to 7 % metric to standard.

Another 5.1 for me this morning - keeping the exercise gentle as my quad's still a bit sore but managed a 1K run and 1/2 hour on the indoor cycle yesterday

That would be extreme exercise for me, my version of an Ironman Triathlon Hope you're feeling fully fit soon...

Thanks docs think they are cluster head aches back to see her today to get some pain relief.

I know bad migraine but, thankfully, never experienced a cluster headache. Phew!

I know of people that have had them and know they're not at all nice - think of the pain of the worst migraine and then mutiply by infinity!

I hope you get it resolved soon.

Not sure entirely what you mean. Not a conversion but a self test in English currancy if that's what your referring to. Likewise degrees of heat here it's c and take it its f in the usa?

Don't know what you're so happy about. 6kg is only 13.2 pounds so you've got another 0.8 llb to go before you lose a stone.

You should hang your head in shame dear boy.

thank you on what a stone is , ill write that down so i know , went to Dr.Google printed the converson chart : usa standard to metric units & metric units to usa standard.
