11.5 this morning.

I am feeling lousy,having fallen off the low carb wagon and not keeping note of my figures. So, having given myself a stern talking to last night I am back on track.

Good on you! This kind of thing happens to me and it's a pain. I tell myself that the reason is out there, but I just can't see it at the mo, and maybe never will for that particular high. I just try to reduce the times this happens by, like you, a stern self-talk, filling in those figures good and bad and getting back on track.

My fbg this morning: 10.9
Was 4.3 at 00:16 and 5.0 at 01:12, so think I over corrected with the 2 glucose tablets, and got the rebound this morning. Could be but could be not.
