- I have Asperger Syndrome which is an autism spectrum condition and a full diagnosis of Adult ADHD which are characterised by impairments in social communication, social interaction and social imagination. I also have a rigid and somewhat unpredictable routine. I also experience obsessive rituals, some a bit overwhelming. But I have a talent in articulate creative writing skills and possess a photographic rote memory. I have sensory sensitivity and get upset by loud noises, bright colours or lights, and notice the texture and consistency of certain foods more making my dietary choices extremely limited or restricted to certain food components. I dislike conflict and lies. The Adult ADHD also makes me very moody and cross.
Good Morning, my good friends on the www.diabetes.co.uk type 2 life forum,
I am posting to impart to you that the nurse practitioner at my health practice who administered my intramuscular injection for my schizoid personality disorder mental health disability that runs concurrently with my Asperger Syndrome, who is also a diabetes specialist, advised that I'm checking my blood glucose level way too often and that it's unnecessary and that I'm not making the test strips last, hence costing a lot of money for the health concern that subsidises it. She's also concerned I'm using way too much nicotine replacement therapy and that I'm not really reducing the amount of hand-rolled cigarettes I'm smoking, so I have an appointment with my GP today from 8:50am-9:00am. to discuss this with her. My good friend on this forum, @debrasue observed it might not be so good an idea to use nicotine replacement therapy whilst smoking and was a bit concerned. Thanks, my lovely friend, @debrasue, I'm getting it sorted out! You're a wonderful lady.
My blood glucose reading at 6:55 Ante Meridian today was 6.6 mmol.
Sincere kind regards,
@autisticwonder1970 (Johnny Baker, sufferer of Asperger Syndrome, Schizoid Personality Disorder and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus). x X x.
