GP rang last night to say HbA1c still 39 so to stop the met. Going to stay on ramipril for BP for now and review that in 3 months or so

On normal hours worth of sleep I tested as 6.7 at 7.30am. I had a naughty 17.5 after dinner this even but quality streets were being shared as sweet. I cannot remember the last time I had a 17mmol/l before an injection and bed.
