Low carb and mid strength beer seems to be ok with my liver, but it did get a nudge yesterday.

which are all over the place following losing my Mum on Wednesday. I have managed not to comfort eat so
I guess I have some inner strength despite feeling so sad

I’m so sorry to hear about your mum, I lost my mum over 10 years ago but still miss her every day.
