6.7 , had porridge for breakfast , fry up for lunch. roast pork and mixed veg with a small portion of potato a yorkshire pudding with gravy made from the juice of the meat. I am going out to asda soon to buy some fresh cream eclairs and i will eat them then i will go for a walk .
