Still not having any sugary snacks and my bloods are better without them, but FBG still not as low as I'd like. Might adjust the timings of my medication, see if it makes any difference.

I get my hba1c tested with three monthly blood tests at a pathology shop.

I check my bgl before and two hours after breakfast, lunch, dinner...
