Hi. No, just reduced carb. Cutting out sugary stuff is enough of a shock to the system! I do count the carbs though on the app I use, yesterday was 129 which is very good for me.

Bit disappointed the readings aren't lower but I'm working from home whereas I'd usually walk 2 miles home from work every day.

A year ago my FBGs were in the 6s. It would be nice to return to that.

Even though I was 9.5 pre dinner yesterday, I was 10.4 two hours after so I'm happy my meals aren't spiking me (I cut out bread as well as sweet stuff).
