6.5 - an improve again on yesterday.

Something interesting, I pricked my finger this morning and then realised that my testing cassette had finished, so raced around with blood drop on my finger getting the new cassette, changing it over and then after a delay of, I guess, a couple of minutes, testing that blood drop - 7.9! Horror! could NOT see how that could be right. So immediately I washed and dried my hands again and retest and got the 6.5 - which made much more sense given my recent patterns.

So, question is, does delaying the test - even for a couple of minutes - affect the readability of the blood drop?? Maybe I accidentally picked up something on that finger while doing the cassette changeover, though that seems less likely.
