Hi what medicine are you on
I was diabetic from 2008. Used 4 different medicines till March 2018. No medicines after that controlling with diet and exercise.

12noon...2 turkey hot dogs in whole wheat bread, apple and orange
5pm...steak,potatoes and peas
9pm....apple and bowl of sunchips
plus 5 coke zero
taking metformin since February 2021 .... 250 in the morning and 500 in the evening.....my morning highs are coming down the rest of the day my BS is about 5.0 to 6.2 before lunch and dinner
