Was diagnosed in January HBA1c level of 88. Have been very low carbing since and it is now now 36. Absolutely delighted, just had to share the news and thank everyone on the forum who has helped with meal ideas and encouragement.

Amazing. I am on low carb after HBa1c of 84 in March . Trying but 8.1 just now. Will see after lunch. Cant be food as had no carbs today or very few anywayWas diagnosed in January HBA1c level of 88.
