Type 2s: What have you eaten today?

I had two toast with peanut butter and honey 3 eggs and some cream and a big mug of tea for breakfast

For dinner 3 flat bread with chicken curry

@11pm a bowl of muesli and checked my glucose levels at 7am and it was 5.5

Breakfast 8am 2 scrambled egg on small thin granary s.i e with sprinkled Canada cheese and dollop of peanut butter
Lunch sea breàm fillet, cabbage and green beans. 1/2 pear.
Cafe i bought a take away Cherry Bakewell, for hubby. Ate a grenade bar and a cup of expresso
Tea at 6pm small slice of granary with poached egg and Adam cheese with watercress & 1 Cherry tomato. 1/2 sq od Lindt 90% plain choc

Just tested 2 hours after Sunday dinner, and it was 4.5mmol. weird. So I ate 2 mini milky ways out of the celebrations tin and snuck a spare leftover roasty out the fridge. Should bring it up a bit.

Amazing that you can eat all of those items s and still have of 5.5
I used to heat my home with heating oil, however since it's doubled in price, I now heat it with wood. I get seasoned tree trunks and cut them into blocks each day for about an hour. My type2 has been forced into remission, I can now eat for Britain and I am finding my BG is now too low because I am still taking all my meds. I know as soon as I stop it will all come back, it's only temporary. The other day I had Biriani for the first time in 5 years, and naan bread.
