B: porridge made with 30g of oats and skimmed milk, few strawberries and blueberries, chopped mixed nuts.
S: 2 squares of 85% chocolate.
L: salad of mixed leaves, mozzarella, avocado, tomato and red onion with olive oil and a little balsamic vinegar.
D: going to try the cauliflower rice recipe I posted in the low carb recipe thread a few days ago - blitzed cauliflower stir fried in sesame oil with ginger, garlic and chilli before adding an egg and some cooked chicken, spring onions and peanuts. Will report back if it is nice or yucky!

EDIT:
The cauliflower rice stir fry was good but I made far too much and the ASDA red chilli was incredibly hot, which I wasn't expecting as in recent weeks they've been very bland.:***:

Well, if you insist. ;)

Make low carb hot choc (cocoa, sweetener and hot water)
Blend it with as much unsalted butter/coconut oil as you like.

Voila! Same as bulletproof coffee, but chocolate.

And tomorrow, I am having it for breakfast.

Where do you get sorrel? Or do you grow it?

Someone gave me a plant last year so I bunged it in the allotment and it's cropping like crazy. It looks like spinach but has a lemony taste raw. Cooked it's quite boring but has good vitamins.

Here you go @CheeseJunkie :) Have posted it in the Low Carb Recipe thread for safe keeping.

Coconut Flour & Psyllium Flatbread

60gm Coconut Flour
2 TBS Psyllium Husk (Australian TBS is 20ml)
40gm Butter or Coconut Oil (I used butter)
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Gluten Flour (not in the original but i thought it might help 'hold' the mixture)
250ml Boiling water
Herbs/Spices to taste (I used garlic powder/oregano/chilli flakes)

Mix the dry ingredients together with a whisk (I had to sieve my coconut flour)
Melt the butter or oil in the boiling water then add to the dry ingredients & mix well.
Divide into three equal balls & roll each out between 2 bits of baking paper to about 12cm across.
Fry in a dry pan over a medium heat for 3-4 mins each side until golden.

Rather pancake like but really good :) A good lower protein alternative to the flax breads for those reaching their protein limits.
As best I can figure out, each bread provides approx: 4gm NetCarb**, 10gm Fibre, 4gm Protein.

** The coconut flour I used had total carbs 11.35 less the fibre 7.35

Remember to drink a lot of water with it due to the high fibre count.

Todays planned menu is:

B: Flax Muffin/Coffee
L: Greek Salad
D: Curried Egg/Lettuce (with my new BFF coconut flat bread!) & a Carrot/Mozzarella/Parsley Salad

I seem to have no problem with raw carrot though maybe the shredded cheese and the vinegar dressing help? Either way it's good ;)

PS

Should probably confess here that yesterdays menu ended up including a one-woman hormonal chocolate festival

Paying for it now with an elevated fasting (about 1 above my usual) but a surprising lack of guilt or remorse! Have given myself a penance of an extra 30mins on the gym bike.
