Hi Luke, I've just read an old thread of yours about retinopathy. Not sure if you've already looked into this but myself and other people on this forum are using a sleep mask called noctura, which may help you too! Other recommendations: keep your BG well controlled, avoid BG swings, don't smoke, keep your cholesterol and blood pressure within the norm or lower. And, for any reason, don't let diabetes put you down!
