    What have you eaten today?

    Getting back on track today, so frankfurtas for breakfast, salad for lunch (1st one this year) then some stew for tea that I cooked in the slow cooker yesterday.

    What did you have on your pizza? It might have been caused by large amounts of protein. I believe some people have an issue with dairy or cheese raising their numbers.

    Indian is my fave! I usually have chicken tikka or korma, onion bhaji, mushroom or cauliflower or bhindi bhaji. No rice or Naan bread but can get away with a popadum.

    the only real way to see what effect those fruits are having on your BG is to test 2 hours after eating them. Then you'll see the actual effect on your BG. you may be surprised, or you may be lucky enough to be able to eat them with little spiking.
