had my bloods done tuesday had my results my Hba1c is down from 51 to 44 im so pleased ive lost 20lbs and im happy with that only rubbish thing is all my other bloods came back ok except my iron is low which is why im so tired as per my last posting at least some good news on the diabetes front

hi Winnie and thanks for your reply my profile will not update i am type 2 i dont have hypertension diagnosed i am on low carb diet for a month how and have lost 12lbs so far i am continuing on this for good now exercising more and do not smoke or drink so hopefully things may get a little better
