    Potatoes : cause a huge spike for me which will last for hours , and mess up my BG for a day or two.

    Hi , I have a GCM . So I know the effect of different foods on my BG. With potatoes , it’s way the worst . It causes a huge spike and it stays high for 4-5 hours and even one day later it won’t be back to baseline . No other food has this effect on me . Any similar experience? Why ?

    Hypo on metformin

    My BG was 2.5 ( that is 42) on metformin. Anyone had similar problems . I was dizzy and could not walk . I had honey nearby [emoji518] so it helped .
