‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

@AloeSvea I definitely over ate in the past and the 7 stone (98 pounds) overweight was the proof :eek: But I have lost 4 of that 7st so far although it’s taken me 4 years! But since taking control I don’t count calories anymore and try and log my food into an app most days so I can keep track of the carbs. I still easily eat too much and that’s why I set up the challenge. Your responses are always interesting and insightful thank you for your input ;)
 
I have been meaning to join in with this thread as I am very guilty of evening snacking. Currently on a major weight loss journey, so I do log my calories in my Fitbit app (which also calculates my macros), but I usually allow myself something to snack on in the evening, but lately, that has been getting more and later, even as late as 10pm. I need to stop this as I still have a further 3st to lose and I can't go off track at this stage - plus I have noticed that my BG readings in the mornings have snuck up.
 
I managed not to eat after 7 last night (my final snack was minutes before, LOL). Saturday, though, well, we had a meal out and that meant a later finish.
