‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

I've fallen off the wagon a little bit with my snacking, especially in the evenings, and could do with putting in place some accountability measures. This discussion thread seems to be perfect for this - I normally try to have my last meal of the day by 18:30.

Do you report your meal times in the evening or the day after once you really know what happened?

I did manage to stick to 18:30 yesterday and am now intending to fast until 12:30 tomorrow (12th Jun), but let's see how it goes.
 
Just quickly checking in. I managed 5:30 yesterday and didn’t even have a decaf at 8pm which I usually do when I’m on holiday when the others get the wine out! ;)

Most of us report our last meal of the day later the same evening.

Who will join me?

I intend to do this for the rest of January- 10 days and hopefully I’ll have broken the habit by then and carry on.

I‘m not hungry, I suspect I’m bored and it’s becoming a habit. So I thought if there were a few of us that struggle with this it would be good to record our successes and make suggestions on how we coped.

Iv been wanting to try this for a while so now I have the motivation to try it
 
My day two of joining this thread didn't work out at all as planned, and I had my last food just before bed at around 23:00. But that's why I'm here and am determined to get back to better habits.

I'm going out for an early family dinner at 17:30 this evening and hoping to be done by 19:00 as I only do mains these days.
 
Afraid, I'm way behind with posting, as always

We met the challenge once again on Wednesday evening; fed and watered and kitchen closed by 6.30 pm.

We were right on target Thursday evening; fed and watered and kitchen closed by 7.00 pm.
I still feel pleasantly full at well past bedtime.
