‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

Who will join me?

I intend to do this for the rest of January- 10 days and hopefully I’ll have broken the habit by then and carry on.

I‘m not hungry, I suspect I’m bored and it’s becoming a habit. So I thought if there were a few of us that struggle with this it would be good to record our successes and make suggestions on how we coped.

@LivingLightly?
I need to do this, totally agree with the bored thing and habit. been T2D since 2015, lost 2.5 stone after diet not working and got my hba1c down to 38, but over the last 5 years have not dealt with it like I should. Think mainly as I only weigh 75kg and my BMI is 23.5, and I walk over 10k steps a day, so I eat what I want.
actually started doing my blood sugar readings the last few weeks as my nurse has always told me not to bother with the medication, but my HBA1c has gone up to 59 from 54. All the family going back to their homes today, so I am going to clear everything away and sort my eating out.

I have not been eating after 6 for some time now and feel much better for it. I am retired and eat my main meal at lunch time then take the dog
for a walk.

You're doing so well to stick to it this time of year @filly .
Last night was 9pm, tonight will be later still!
We have our last social engagement Thursday so back to normal after that, fingers crossed
