2021/22 season

We actually hung on to a 1-0 lead from the 6th minute till the final whistle. West Brom were very unlucky though they had 18 shots but only 2 on target and none in. They had a man sent off too. We are now in 7th place just 1 point outside the play off places. A trip to QPR on Wednesday night. That will be tough cos they are the side that's 1 point ahead of us. Having said that West Brom were and still are in 3rd place. Getting tight now.
 
Bradford Tuesday after a very good comeback at the pirates, a point was a lot more than I thought we would get today. Until we scored our first, it was absolutely dire.
 
We won 2-1 v Bradford city, onto Saturday.

We lost 1-0 last night. Not to worry I wasn't expecting us to beat them. Slipped to 8th place all is not lost just 3 points outside the play offs. Half a season to come yet. Next up is a Home tie to Middlesboro on Saturday. Assuming the expected snow doesn't hamper things.

I have a feeling that the snow and really freezing wind is gonna disrupt the fixture list.
We are at home on Saturday and should only be frozen!
 
A home tie to Middlesbrough for our lads assuming they get here. As far as I know the game is still on. Good luck to all our teams today. Wrap up warm if you are going to a game.

I'm wrapped up in the house mate, our main stand roof was damaged (again) and our match v Stevenage has had to be postponed.

Harrogate at home in the pizza cup Tuesday., if they can get it safe!
Mind you, we could fit our usual crowd in one stand for the pizza cup.

Bloody weather.

Lol well I won't hold my breath.
Hubby didn't manage to see an Arsenal win at Anfield, but he did manage to pick up covid :banghead::nurse:

Oh dear we lost 1-2. They scored one for us. Still in 8th place now with a 4 point gap. Big Yorkshire derby next Saturday. Away to Barnsley. They are 2nd from bottom so we ought to add to their misery.

Once again, a postponement tonight due to storm A.
The club didn't pass a safety check by the council!

So, football can be stopped.
The club were willing to play, when clearly it shouldn't!
 
The draw for the 2021-22 FA Cup third round will take place on Monday December 6, 2021.

Keep yer eyes peeled everyone.
 
It's arrived. The day of the big Yorkshire derby. We ought to beat the buggers cos they are in the relegation zone and no doubt will be putting up a fight. Good Luck to all our teams playing today. Hope they win :)
