"A new you in 42"

Maybe we should do an anonymous 'Happy' video at the end of the 42 days  - if anyone has the expertise to stitch together and edit contributions?

Then again ...

I have three deliveries due today so no dog walk...it will have to be the cross trainer then:) My two boys are taking exercise to the extreme - they have decided to walk to school this week which takes them an hour. It has been OK up till now as it has been sunny, today it is raining and they still wanted to walk. I dread to think what state they will be in when they arrive. They have at least worn coats which is a minor miracle! I did offer them a lift but they wanted to walk and I have to say I was impressed even if I do think they are mad:)

so far it's been 15 mins on the exercise bike and 10 minutes dancing like a loon to Talking Heads and the Strokes in the privacy of my kitchen. Maybe I shouldn't have cleaned those windows yesterday ;-)

I am in! But can't start quite yet as eye surgery tomorrow on 2nd eye, so will need a week or so before I can do the exercise. Surgery NOT diabetes related!

Oo, Talking Heads, good choice - 'Life During Wartime' perhaps?

Paulins your eye surgery comes first. I couldn't exercise because of it a few years ago.. Hope it goes well

Take me to the river. I would dance for longer but it is a shared Brennan and Mr Ethyl is a fan of Dylan and Springsteen, both of whom seem to turn up disproportionately on random.

added another 10 minutes on exercise bike and even swept under the kitchen table tonight. The word slattern was made for me. ;-)

I managed a 45 minute walk as usual and got back to the office around thirty seconds before the heavens opened.

I went for a walk at lunchtime then when I got home my daughter was upset because she failed an exam . We went for a lovely walk together and she's studying now for her resit in 2 weeks time.

...did the 30 minutes walking today and have dug out another exerciser, my body blade.....I buy these things with good intentions, really I do, but they walk to the cupboard by themselves I swear!!! Anyway I'll give it a go this evening as I never got the hang of it first time round...
