So in my quest to get fitter earlier this year I bought a Jawbone, it measures steps and sleep patterns. However i've noticed a flipside to having one as i've been able to see when I wake during the night and for how long. Recently i've been waking with levels at 14+ so have been adjusting my basal patterns to bring it down, however last night I noticed I woke 4 times in total, about 10 mins each time from 12am, 2am, 3am and then 4am, also had a very weird dream, woke high again at 14.8 but didn't feel too rough this morning, however have no recollection whatsoever of waking up.
I've noticed this on a couple of other nights, but it's normally around 3am, which is my lowest BG point during the night and normally about 10 mins being awake but no recollection in the morning but it's not a consistent every night pattern, just every once in a while.
It's quite an interesting insight into overnight activity - has anyone else got one and noticed the effects on their BG/sleep ?
