ally1,s BS levels

Well done Ally...

What do you put down to you doing to get the lower levels now?

You are a great example of how someone can turn their ever increasing bg's to the opposite.....

What would you say has been the turning point for you and how have you been able to get the vast improvements... I know you struggled initially from reading your posts but your levels have so improved.. Just wondered if you could give some tips as to how you have felt and or how you have managed to be so improved for others to kearn from??

its helped by not eating so many carbs
my fasting was 9.6 this morning, the lowest its ever been, and think the extra metformin has helped at long last

This is fantastic News Ally, don't give too much credit to the medication, it's you and cutting the carbs, thats making these numbers drop. Once you start in January with a little more fat and even less carbs & as your weight drops the numbers should fall even further.

Think you are going to see a huge improvement in everything Ally.. Are they doing cholesterol too?

The improvements are vastly down to your lifestyle choices of food now Ally, definitely not all meds...
