Just a quick word about this year's annual review!

Hba1c levels 37!
To save space, everything else in normal healthy range!
Especially, liver function, dropped into normal range! First time ever!
BP, 121/72!
Still no hypos, now over five years!

Another good result and really pleased!

Who said you can't sustain a ketogenic lifestyle?

Woo hoo!
