I've used 4mm BD Microfine and GlucoRX with no problems.

I've gone between BD fine & GlucoRX 4 mm as well, depending on what the chemist has in stock. I do prefer the BD fine as they seem sharper and less painful than the GlucoRx.

I use Fine Point Universal Fit 4mm GlucoRx Needles. And I have no problems. :)
